What a Month That Week Was!

Well, we made it! Sort of… we’ll see is a coup is imminent or if it’s a lot of bluster and BS.
On the upside I am keeping to a social media starvation diet. I can let myself on Twitter for 15 minutes and then the screentime limiter kicks back in. I COULD just ignore it or turn it off but it’s better this way. I also, after 4 years, changed my @chegilson twitter avatar and banner! Gone is the dumpster fire and black circle. Let’s find out together if they come back in January and Biden is NOT inaugurated…
Now for some fun! Some doll pics! When I panicked ant turned on Cold Turkey (which I HIGHLY recommend) I did the big block list! So I found out I can’t actually get to Imgur to post my doll pics. At first I was mad, until I uploaded my photos and…. there was crud on the lens! Arg!! So that messed up the pics I was hoping to post on Den of Angels. I wiped the lens off with my glasses cleaning cloth and it SHOULD be fine. So I’ll take them out again. But I am annoyed because I really wanted to show off my Nefer Kane Iracebeth and her pretty new white wig from Dollmore! I bought it hoping it would fit my Dollamm Seravie but no such luck. I am having the worst time finding a wig for my darling unicorn boy.
These next few are photos of my latest girl- a Kid Delf Mango I bought CHEAP off the Den of Angels marketplace. She was a stress buy, but I am LOVING anime style dolls lately. Still resin only. I just can’t see paying the same price for vinyl. But I have friends who love their Dollfie Dreams! And I have gotten to play with some Dollfie Dreams and they are fun as hell! Light weight and super posable!

The last thing I’ll leave you all with is a link to my Ko-fi! That is where all my art goes! Well, some may end up here. Or maybe just photos of my WIPs. I’m not sure yet. It depends on a lot of factors. What I want to do. What you want to see. And how lazy I am.
And as we wait for a possible coup, One Enchanted Stitch is still wracking up rejections! And yet I am still sending queries… If I can learn the administrative side of ALL the texting apps campaigns use I am going to apply for a job- a paying job JOB with the Democrats. Then I can leave all these writing shenanigans behind because I can tell you I am failing spectacularly at writing anything good apparently.
As usual I am looking at dolls to drown my sorrows in but I haven’t bought anything. Well, I am waiting on a doll body for my Pipos cat head. She has a body now, but it has a chip in the knee so I’m replacing it before the chip turns into anything bad.
Uh oh!!! Update on that doll body! The tracking number says it was successfully delivered but I do not have it! Arg! And of course- my BAD for not checking up but OMG election stress! But shit!
