Wandering Where To Go

Well, Harry, my current foster Goffin cockatoo has a busier social calendar than I do! He’s had THREE visits from two parties interested in adopting him! Of course he is awesome. And terrible. And hilarious. And adorable. And I will miss him but I’ll be glad when he has a home.

Otherwise I was in WAY too many games this week! I need to cut down. I’m getting over-scheduled. I MIGHT, might, might have found a Wanderhome game. And I SUPER might have a second Wanderhome game. I am really dying to play! Here is Peony, my character for the maybe very possible game. She’s a peddler and sell tea, coffee, novels, books and art supplies. I picked all the things for her to sell that I love. Peony is a long eared jerboa.

Writing has been non-existent this week. I’m hoping to get back to it, but I keep saying that don’t I? Honestly, all I’ve done this week is play TTRPGs and keep Harry’s social calendar. There hasn’t been a ton of time for anything else. Bird wrangling has also been a major chore. Harry is quite the bold adventurer.

And unfortunately Wanderhome has captivated my imagination. Double sadly- playing Wanderhome isn’t going to make me any money. I DID splurge on an order of sketchbooks from Jerry’s Artarama. I’m trying out the Crescent Rendr sketchbooks which are supposed to be bleed proof so you can actually use both sides of the paper. I also bought two Strathmore sketchbooks for mixed media. They are 7x10.
