Plannering!

To fail! No I'm kidding!

But I DID buy a 2022 planner. I went with the Midori Pocket Diary again this year. It’s cheaper and more useful than a full-on Hobonichi and gives you more room to write than the Hobonichi Weeks. Additionally I bought a new positivity journal- I’m going to try to get back into that. It really took a nosedive the last year and a half or so. But I thought I’d buy a smaller one that would be less intimidating to fill up.

I ordered from Jetpens. I was going to get the bird planner from Midori like I did for 2021, but it was sold out by the time I went to buy and all they had left was the Clover design. But it’s really cute too!

AND I took some doll pics in between rain bursts. I took Spica out on the deck where a lot of yellow leaves have fallen. It started raining toward the end of the shoot.

Substack has turned crappy for trying to upload photos. It’s gotten more difficult since I joined. Anyway- I’ve been on Substack a year! Happy Anniverskary to me! (That’s a Popeye reference).

Anyway, there has been very little progress made on edits, and yes I feel bad about it. It’s been one thing after another for a while now. The Chicago by Night game is going along. I don’t know how many sessions it will take to make it to the end of the module. I had some anxiety on Tuesday about it. I’ve never run a module before. And afterward one of the players asked if I did 1-on-1 preludes/zero sessions/etc and I had to say no, I never really have ideas for those. But I think he was disappointed. I’ve never really tried to run anything 1-on-1 but the thought makes me a bit anxious. I’m so new to DMing. I also gave the players the option of voting on a season 2- which also made me anxious! Arg! But I DO have ideas for a Chicago season 2, I just need 6 months off! So I don’t have to think about it for awhile or prep. I’d also like to run some other games. I’ve had my eye in Kids on Brooms and of course there’s my comedy Tremere VTM game which I’m still trying to find players for. Of course it’s hard to find players when you aren’t sure what day or time it will be… And of course I’m ALWAYS looking for anyone who wants to play Wanderhome!!
