Not a ton going on. I saw Sinners which I do 100% recommend! It’s phenomenal. I really can’t articulate this film, it’s just fucking GOOD and has so many layers. That’s what makes it hard to describe.

I have finished my terrible painting for the Chromantic show. I sort of want a do-over. I have a sketch for a second piece but I don’t think I can get to it in time to finish. It’s based on a concept that lives in my head forever. I made one iteration some years ago in watercolor but I’d like to try a new iteration in acrylic. I’ll let you know.

Anyway, here it is. I’ll varnish in a few days.

If I could get 5 or more people to support my Ko-fi on a monthly subscription, I could start offering postcards. I could mail them to the subscribers and doodle on the backs! It would be fun! But it’s also really hard to get monthly supporters which is why Patreon way back when. Hell, I haven’t cracked 100 followers after a full YEAR on Instagram. In fact I’m some 20 followers away from cracking 100. Everything feels so useless. I have nothing to offer and nothing anyone wants. True for writing and for art.
