Insert Instapun Here
Well, despite my better instincts I did start an Instagram. So follow me HERE. My username is terrible! I wanted it to be something about making bad art but forgot and it took an eternity to set up on my phone and computer. I’m going to have to look up what size things should be om Insta because my scans are way to large and so are my phone pics…
Oh, and I also have a long neglected Ko-fi I’ll post there more if people want to drop me some change or whatever. I used to update pretty consistently but it never took off so I fell off the wagon when I made the Substack to replace Facebook.
I have been mainlining YouTube tutorials on everything from UV Resin, pouring resin, air dry clay to clay pins and trinkets. Y’all, I have IDEAS. My brain is buzzing like an angry nest of meat starved wasps (yes wasps are predators). I am searching for SOMETHING, ANYTHING that I could possibly make or sell. I have some AWESOME resin ideas but I’m intimidated by the price of protective gear. Yo, those full face respirators are upwards of $70!! Plus the only place I have to work is the garage… But my ideas are SO GOOD! Goddammit! I also looked up silicon mold making and epoxy and suspending things in resin. And sleeve protectors.
But, in lieu of being able to execute my AWESOME ideas for resin, I turned to simpler things like air-dry clay. I am ASS at sculpting. But maybe I never had the right tools. I know I never watched a lot of YouTube tutorials on how to do it. OK, I never watched ANY YouTube tutorials on clay. So now I am and maybe, Sweet Baby Jeebus, just maybe I could make something sellable?? Fuck, they make it look so easy on YouTube.
I am exhausted with wracking my brain. Everything costs a a lot of money to get started. I am worried about money all the time. Hopefully my games will find some new players soon.
More tiny art show! Here is where it starts to get into fanart and popart.
It’s marker on board! I must say my first question was why??
Good on you kid! Never stop drawing dragons.
VAMPIRES!
I think the above and many of the next few are from an art class for kids.
Came very close to buying PomPomPurin here…. But in the end did not.
And one last piece from me! Your humble, if discombobulated and highly strung artist.
My brain hurts! Send BBQ flavor PopChips!
